Beginning is the hardest and most important part of the process.
开始时肯定会特别艰难，但也是这过程中最重要的部分。
Just start. Then everything will fall into place.
一定要开始，然后一切才能顺其自然。
Don't think about it too much, don't plan it in detail, don't wait for Monday or the beginning of the next month to start. Do it now.
不要认为改变的太多了，就不能进行细节上的规划，不要等到星期一或是下个月早开始，现在就可以开始。
