Paul: Hi, Amy.

Paul: I see. So you've got to get two people ready.

Paul: Yeah. Well, I always have a cup of tea in the morning. First thing, I always put the kettle on and make a hot drink. Yeah, I try to leave the house with a full stomach.

Amy: Yeah, that's good. I try to do that as well. Sometimes, we're pretty rushed and breakfast is sometimes eaten in the car. But we do get full stomachs eventually.

Amy: When it's there in front of you, ready.
