We begin in Hong Kong where video footage has surfaced of protesters throwing rocks and breaking the windows of a police station. Masked riders gathered in front of the station in this Hongkong old district cheering each time a rock smashed a window. Now this comes a day after demonstrators tore down the Chinese national flag and threw it into the sea. Both Beijing and Hong Kong authorities have condemned the actions. The Hong Kong Macao Affairs Office of the State Council says the behavior has gone far beyond freedom of expression. It also voiced support for the Hong Kong authorities to bring criminals to justice.
