China's chief envoy for the six-party talks Wu Dawei has met with his South Korean counterpart Kim Hong-Kyun in Beijing on Friday.
According to South Korea's Yonhap News Agency, the two envoys held talks on how to better implement fresh UN sanctions targeting the DPRK's nuclear and missile programs.
This is the first meeting between the two countries'envoys since the new DPRK sanctions were passed about two weeks ago.
