The Democratic People's Republic of Korea has held an opening ceremony for a new rail line to a town by the foot of Mount Pak-tu. That's a mountain sacred to the country. State media KCNA had a video of a test run of the highest on Hyesan-Samjiyon Railroad on Tuesday. Samjiyon lies next to Mount Pak-tu, where DPRK leader Kim Jong Un is building a massive tourism center to boost the country's economy.
