At least five people have been killed by Cyclone Kenneth in Mozambique. Aid agencies are unable to assess the full extent of the devastation due to many areas remaining cut off. Heavy rains are continuing in parts of the country. Nearly all the homes on the island of Ibo were destroyed. Cyclone Kenneth has displaced 18,000 people. Mozambique is still dealing with the aftermath of Cyclone Idai which affected almost 2 million people.
