A European Union summit has been suspended after 20 hours of talks failed to reach a deal on who should take over the bloc's top jobs. Asked about what the main sticking point was, one official set the whole package. The breakdown comes after anonymous diplomats claimed European Union leaders were closed to picking Dutch Social Democrats, Frans Timmermans, as the European Commission President. The summit marked a third attempt to fill the top post for at least the next five years. Spokesperson for the European Council president said Donald Tusk will reconvene the meeting on Tuesday.
