Host:You were like, er, the thing on Lost. You didn’t know that was gonna be a big show. They hired Jane. What happened?

Michael:I have to do since I’ve been a guest player. And so I thought this was another in a long line of such parts. And I thought it was gonna be three episodes. So I packed, you know, a small bag to go to the Hawaii islands in the winter time and I said, “Honey, I will be back shortly.” And then, they…

Host:Michael,are you married?

Michael:Yes.

Host:I see. I have said that and there was no one in the room. So you go over there. You do the what you think is like a one shot deal, and then what happens?

Michael:Hum,it's, it’s a character actor’s dream. You make yourself evidently, I made myself invaluable in some way. And I passed the audition and they got me around for another four seasons.

Host:And beyond just regular in the show, you made quite an impact not only with the show, but for yourself, dude, didn’t you?

Michael:People single respond to the character, and not… Now of course care for which you wish for, coz now I’m not sure that I can never leave it fully behind. You know you care everything like that around.

Host:And even genius kind of a guy?

Michael:Well,he had. That was one of the things he was. But I’m not sure exactly how to characterize him. I mean you’re getting in some funny situation with respect to your character. I have had people come up to me, and excited fans, and they've introduced me to their children whom they have named after my character.

Host:Really?

Michael:And you think, well, I suppose that in honor, but which part of what my character was are you aspiring to, I kind of, a mucky availing set of survival skills or?

Host:What do you tell the child later about the origin of the name?

Michael:Right?And you don’t know what to say with these people. I mean when someone’s holding their sleeping infant in front of me, you don’t know whether to bless it or touch it with your forehead or… What's used to be done in that situation?

Host:I’m not sure. That never happens to me.
