A: What can I help you with today? 今天我能帮你做什么？
B: My washing machine isn't working. 我的洗衣机坏了。
A: What's the problem? 什么问题？
B: The water will not drain. 洗衣机不能排水了。
A: Is there anything else wrong with it? 还有其他的问题吗？
B: No, that's it. 不，只有这个问题了。
A: I can come down and fix that for you if you'd like. 如果你需要的话，我可以过来帮你修一修。
B: When will you be able to fix it? 你什么时候能过来修？

1. What can I help you with today?=How may I help you?/Did you need help with something? 有什么可以帮助你的吗？

2. My washing machine isn't working.=Something is wrong with my washing machine./I'm having a problem with my washing machine. 洗衣机有些问题。

3. Is there anything else wrong with it?=That's the only problem with it?/Is that the only problem? 就这一个问题吗？/还有别的问题吗？

4. see you then/ see you soon/ see you later 一会见，待会见

5. That would be perfect/great.=Sounds good to me. 那样就太棒了。
