1. work out

He quickly ran home, looking as if there was something wrong with him.

7. reach for

讲解：这个短语有2个意思，一个是“伸手去拿”，一个是“努力争取”。

例句：His mouth was too dry to speak but he could not reach for the water now.

他嘴里干得说不出话来，但是此刻他不能伸手去拿水来喝。

I reach for some snacks and munchies.

我伸手抓点心吃。
