Ten men applied for a job as an industrial spy.

The interviewer gave each man a sealed envelope.

They were ordered to deliver it to the fifth floor.
One man secretly disobeyed and opened his envelope.

It read，"You're the right person for this job. Report to the personnel department immediately. "

美国在1996年10月制定了《经济间谍法》(Economic Espionage Act / EEA )，此法由美国联邦调查局执行，其惩罚相当严厉，以求能遏制盗取企业商业机密的不良风气。
