Discussion about Inspection 商检协商

A: We have heard about the reputation of both CIB and your products and never doubt them. But what in case there is short weight or disqulification? B: Yes, of course. You have the right of reinspection. But for this particular item, we follow the international practice that the reinspection should be made within 7 days upon the arrival of the goods and if any discrepancies are found you may lodge claims with us within 30 days. 当然有权。你方有权复查，但是根据国际惯例，对该商品的复查应在货物抵达后7天内进行。如有索赔，必须在30天内提出。

clear up这里是澄清的意思；CIB是Commodity Inspection Bureau的缩写，意为商检局；be up to是达到……的标准的意思；

be entitled to是有权利做某事的意思，例如，If you fail three times, you will be not entitled to try anymore.（如果你失败三次，你便无权再尝试了。）
