Health warning for microwave food
The government has issued new warnings to ensure consumers thoroughly cook frozen meals.
A health risk may be hiding in your freezer.
I don’t want someting else. The last thing I want to do is to be, you know, sick because of the frozen made meal.
While microwaving a frozen dinner is no doubt fast and easy, it can be dangerous if it’s not done right.
And in this situation we’re seeing, foods are being inappropriate cooked are getting people sick.
The government’s issued a new warning about frozen chicken dinners after 32 people in 12 different states have got sick with salmonella<沙门氏菌>.
Salmonella is easily prevented by properly cooking, the soup is about to eat.
Healthy officials are specifically warning about Breaded or prebrown chicken red. All they may appear a precooked, some are actually raw.
But I assume they were fully cooked before they were frozen quite frankly.
And in according to the experts, even precooked meals design for the microwave can be unsafe if /they are/ not heated thoroughly enough.
I didn’t realize that it’s said between 5 minutes, 5.5 minutes and 6.5 minutes, so I’ve been undercooking my food for sure.
It’s a mistake this fan of the microwaves though show ever make again.
I will be reading the packages more carefully.
