【词语用法】
用于报告不开心的事的表达方式有I regret that，I regret to say that，I regret to have to announce that等，语气的轻重不同。
I regret to tell you that my brother died yesterday afternoon.

表示因……而感觉悲哀或不开心时，常在regret后接不定式。
