Steven is accepted by a company. Mr. Gu decides to offer Steven a training program. Now he is explaining the training program to Steven.
史蒂文被一家公司录取了，顾先生决定给史蒂文做个培训。现在他正和史蒂文解释培训计划的内容。

Mr. Gu: Perhaps I should explain your training program to you.
顾先生：或许我该向你解释一下你的培训计划。
Steven: How long will the program be?
史蒂文：培训要多长时间？

Mr. Gu: About three months. In the first month, you will learn about our products, marketing strategy and the information of our competitors.
顾先生：大约3个月。第一个月，你要学习我们的产品和营销策略，并了解我们竞争对手的信息。
Steven: Oh. that must be very interesting. What about the second month?
史蒂文：哦，那一定很有趣，那么第二个月做什么呢？
Mr. Gu: In the second and third month, you will work with an experienced salesman and watch how he deals with the customers. At the end of the program, you need to write a training report as a conclusion.
顾先生：在第二和第三个月里，你会跟着一位有经验的销售人员一起工作，看他是如何和客户打交道的。在培训结束时，你要写一封总结性的培训报告。
Steven: Well, I haven't expected that there would be a training report. I think the training will be useful for my future work.
史蒂文：我没想到还要写培训报告。我想这次培训对我以后的工作一定会有帮助。
