Baby Born From Frozen Ovary Tissue

A young woman from Dubai has given birth to a healthy baby boy with the help of ovarian tissue frozen in childhood. At nine years old Moaza Al Matrooshi had her right ovary removed and frozen before undergoing chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant in London. Her mother had asked doctors to take this step in order to give her daughter a future chance at motherhood.
