Text:Let her sit.

Text:She's not bright, she has no talents, yet in a short time she's improved.

Her talents are well known. She possess a remarkable talent for music.

We're always looking for new/fresh talent.

Text:I was brought up by my aunt, Mrs. Reed of Gateshead in a house even finer than this.

Text:I then attended Lowood School where I received as good an education as I could hope for.

解析:where I received as good an education as I could hope for是定语从句修饰先行词School,这个先行词在定语从句中做地点状语,选择关系副词where这个是不能省略的。

Text:And why are you not with Mrs. Reed off Gateshead now?
