Birthday party
生日聚会
I'd like to talk about one memorable birthday of mine. It was my 20th birthday. The party was held in my dorm. It was a common weekday. I finished the class and returned to my dorm as usual. But I felt a little strange because I couldn't open the door with my key. It seemed locked from inside. "Is there anyone in?" I knocked at the door and shouted. To my surprise, there was no reply. At the moment I was to leave to turn to the dorm keeper, the door opened suddenly. All my roommates were there, standing at the table with a big birthday cake on it.
我想要说一次难忘的生日聚会。那是我20岁的生日，生日聚会在我们宿舍举行。那是一个普通的周末，我像往常一样下课回到宿舍。但是我感到有点奇怪，因为我用钥匙打不开宿舍的门。门好像被人从里面反锁了。我边敲门边喊：“里面有人吗？ ”令我惊奇的是，竟然没有人回应！就在我将要离开去找宿舍管理员时，门突然开了。我所有的室友都在，他们都站在放有一个大生日蛋糕的桌子边。
"Happy birthday to you!" They shouted merrily.
他们高兴地大喊：“祝你生日快乐！”
I felt so amazed that I couldn't say a word. I nearly forgot it was my birthday. But they remembered and planed the party without letting me know in order to give me a surprise. We lightened the twenty candles on the cake. I prayed silently and then blew the candles. I prayed that our friendship would last forever and all of us would have good luck in the future.
我是如此地激动，以至于说不出话来。我几乎都要忘记那天是我的生日了！但是他们记得，而且还准备了生日聚会。为了给我一个惊喜，他们都不让我知道。我们在蛋糕上点了20根蜡烛。我默默地祷，然后吹灭了蜡烛。我祈祷说：希望我们的友谊长存，希望我们将来都很幸运。
It is the most special birthday party I ever enjoyed and I'll never forget it.
这就是我参加过的最特别的生日聚会，我将永生难忘！
