4. Who would like to lose weight more,women or men? Why?
In China, women are definitely the demographic who are more likely to lose weight. It is one of the things that women like to do. They are always popping ingo beauty parlors, consulting, plastic surgeries and losing weight, like liposuction, massage and acupuncture: they might as well rush into a pharmacy to grab the weight-reducing medicine. Even if they go to sports center to exercise, they are more likely to be doing aerobics, yoga to bum fat: but it would turn out to become totally another picture when it comes to men. They don't think losing weight would ever become an issue for them.
5. Are there any good ways to lose weight?
Mentioning how to lose weight,I think the first and most effective way that jumps into my mind is doing a regular exercise. Another good way I can think of is being on diet, but definitely not crash diet. It would be really pathetic for someone to be on crash diet of only tap water just for losing weight! And eating weight-lost medicine would be even more miserable thing to do!
6. Do you like going to the gym to get in shape?
Yes, I am crazy about it. You know, I can always get totally relaxed and refreshed every time I go to the gym to work out. And going to the gym can help me to shape my body. And the most important thing is going to the gym regularly for exercise to keep me healthy.
