2. 你认为在中国女性的地位如何？她们的工作如何？
Women's situation in China is getting better and better. Women nowadays have more freedom and rights than they had in the past. Women are free to choose their marriage. After getting married,they continue to work outside home and have their own careers. They're independents, not only spiritually but also financially. Considering jobs,in most cases,women have the same right to choose their jobs； they don't just stay at home to take care of their children and husbands ; they can do whatever men can. Some jobs must be done by women only, and some jobs can be done even better by women. So in a way,women can't be replaced because they make half the sky.
在中国女性的地位越来越高。现如今女性比过去有更多自由和权利。女性可以自由选择她们的婚姻。结婚以后她们继续在外面工作以及有她们自己的事业。她们独立，不仅是精神上的也是经济上的。就工作而言，在大多数情况下，女性有同样的权利选择工作；她们不再只待在家相夫教子；她们可以做任何男性做的事。有些工作只有女性可以完成，而且有的工作女性甚至可以做得更好。因此在某种程度上，女性不可以被取代，因为她们能顶半边天。
3. What are the changes brought by high technology in China?
3. 在中国高科技带来什么改变？
High-level science and technology have brought great changes to Chinese people's work and life as well. Computers are widely used in our daily work. In the past, we used paper and pens to write, but now people use computers in stead. Furthermore, through a video camera attached to the computer, we can see person far away while talking to him or her on the phone, which was impossible in the past. With GPRS, we can find whatever vehicles we are looking for,which is very helpful in case of emergency. Moreover,thanks to the application of high technology in medicine,people live much longer than before,and some diseases which were incurable are under control now. So it is quite obvious that people benefit a lot from the improvement brought about by high technology.
高科技给中国人民的工作及生活带来巨大的变化。计算机在我们日常工作中广泛应用。在过去，我们用纸笔写东西，但是现在人们以计算机替代。此外，通过装在计算机上面的摄影机，我们可以在与他或她对话的同时看到遥远的人，这在过去是不可能的。有了 GPRS，我们可以找到任何我们要找的交通工具，这在发生紧急情况的时候非常有帮助。而且由于高科技在医药领域的应用，人们比过去更长寿，而且一些过去无法治愈的疾病现在可以控制了。因此十分明显，人们在高科技带来的改变中受益匪浅。
