Step 1: You will need(用品)
1 oscillating fan
drinking water
1 cloth
Step 2: Get the person to a cool place(把中暑者放置到凉快的地方)
Or use an oscillating fan to help cool them down, and loosen any tight clothing.
Step 3: Raise their legs(抬起中暑者的双腿)
Now get them to lie down and elevate their legs. This will help to improve the blood flow to the brain.
Step 4: Drink plenty of fluid(多喝流体)
Like plain water, sweet fluids, or a saline solution of 1 teaspoon of salt dissolved in a litre of water. Make sure you support the casualty's head while they are drinking.
Step 5: Cool person down(冷却)
Now dampen the person's skin down with a cloth that's been run under lukewarm water.
Even if the person is unable to drink any fluids due to nausea or vomiting or if there is no improvement after 1 hour, seek medical advice. If the person makes a quick recovery they should still see a doctor
