403. A second reason why workout is becoming more and more popular is due to people's increasing awareness of the importance and need to take better care of themselves and their health.

because of、due to、owing to、on account of和thanks to都是介词短语,用于解释原因,官们的用法比较如下:

We must not get discouraged because of such a minor setback.

They decided to cancel the flight, owing to the storm.
His death was owing to an accident.

This accident was due to (owing to) his careless driving.
He arrived late due to(owing to)the storm.
Mistakes due to carelessness may have serious consequences.

on account of与because of和owing to同义,但语气较为正式。
He could not come on account of his illness.
That was on account of lack of exercise.

Thanks to your advice, much trouble was saved.

A second reason why public transportation should be emphasized over roads and highways is that studies have shown that having more people use public transportation over driving cars greatly cuts down on the pollution of the air.
Another reason for choosing the jewelry is that it's a fashion accessory, as such, can add sparkle and beauty to whatever I am wearing.
