Hello! My name is Dylan, and I'm six years old.

I wrote a book named Chocolate Bar to raise money for my friend, Jonah's charity. It's about what's awesome to me.

Dylan is Jonah's best friend. He decided a couple of months ago that he wanted to write a book to help raise a million dollars for finding a cure for my son's rare liver condition, Glycogen Storage Disease Type 1b.
Dylan是Jonah的死党。他几个月前决定想要写一本书，帮忙募到一百万元来为我儿子的罕见肝病找出治疗办法，1b型肝糖储积症。

I felt good when my friend was trying to help me, so I can get better and feel like other people. It was so chocolate bar.

It doesn't matter if you're six years old, or thirty, or a hundred. If you have a big idea and a big heart, and you wanna make something happen, you can do it.

概念点拨：

1.肝糖储积症：（Glycogen storage disease）

属于一种合成、分解肝糖有缺陷的代谢疾病。另外，肝糖只分布于肝脏、肌肉。造成肝糖储积症的病症有两种，即先天与后天。先天型肝糖储积症是因为出生前代谢系统出现问题（例如有缺陷的酵素）；在家畜之中，后天型肝糖储积症是因为有毒的生物碱栗精胺所造成的。

目前肝糖储积症可分为11大类(有一部份是过去被认为不同但现在已经重新分类)，肝糖合成缺乏症虽然不会造成额外的肝糖堆积，却经常被称为第零型肝糖储积症，因为算是肝糖储存缺陷的问题。

对于肝糖储积症，目前仍无治愈的方法，仅能限制糖类食物摄取并给予症状治疗。预防低血糖为最高原则，而均衡饮食、提供正常生长、发育及维持良好营养状态、预防并降低因控制不良造成病变与伤害、提升饮食与日常生活品质为营养照顾之目的。目前以生玉米粉来稳定血糖是最佳方法，饮食控制必须在确诊后立即进行，家长们必须配合医师及营养师的建议来严格执行饮食控制。
2.1b型肝糖储积症:

第一型肝糖储积症又可分两个亚型Ia与Ib型，Ib型的基因为葡萄糖-六-磷酸转位(glucose-6-phosphate translocase)当基因缺陷时，无法将葡萄糖-六-磷酸运送到细胞的内质网让葡萄糖-六-磷酸转化成葡萄糖，而造成大量的肝糖储积在身体器官中。

儿童期前期第Ib型患者会有耳朵发炎、齿龈炎、长疮的症状。儿童期中期，许多患者有佝偻症、贫血的症状出现。肝糖储积症的并发症大都发生在病人成年时，如肝腺体瘤、进行性肾衰竭、肾结石、痛风、贫血、骨质疏松等。
