Have you ever heard this American English phrase?

This expression is very common in American English.
这是美语中一个很常见的表达。
But it does not have anything to do with playing a game.
但是这个短语和玩游戏可没有多大的联系。
It's a way to ask for information.
这是在询问信息。
So what's the game plan? What are we doing tonight?
计划得怎么样了？我们今晚做什么？
We're not sure yet. What do yo want to do?
还没定呢。你有什么想法？
When you say, "What's the game plan?" it's another way to ask someone for the details of a plan.
当你说“What's the game plan?”，意思是在问某人计划的细节。
It's the strategy for accomplishing something.
这是完成某事的一种策略。
In sports, a game plan is a set of instructions for the players to follow, so they can win the game.
在运动中，a game plan是指运动员要遵循的一系列指示，这样他们才能赢得比赛。
Outside of sports, it could be a plan for going to dinner, seeing a play or even watching a game.
