There is a phrase in American English that is used for this purpose.

If someone says to you "if the shoe fits, wear it." they're saying that if something applies to you then you should accept it.
如果某人对你说“if the shoe fits， wear it”。他们的意思是如果某事是对的，你应该接受。
It can be unkind to say. So you should use this phrase only with people you know very well.
说这话有点无情。所以你应该只在熟人面前使用该短语。
