I've enjoyed working at Pacific Chemicals.

在Pacific化学制品公司工作时，我感到非常愉快。

I've learned so much for the last three years.

However,I feel I've learned as much as I can as a customer service representative.

I'd like to be able to grow and want more challenges,but that doesn't appear to be the situation there,at least for the foreseeable future.

陈述离职原因时，即使对现在的待遇不满或和现在的上司有过争执，也不能向面试官抱怨现在的公司和上司，否则面试官认为你将来也会这样对待他们的公司。回答这样的问题时，应该强调如“争执寻找责任更大，更有挑战性的工作”或“想增加阅历”等。如果是被裁员，则应该把说明重点集中在公司经营不善，被其他公司并购，重组等公司整体或部门整体调整的问题上，说明并非个人问题而辞职。
