O, TO be in England
啊，但愿此刻身在英格兰，
Now that April's there,
趁这四月天，
And whoever wakes in England sees, some morning, unaware,

That the lowest boughs and the brushwood sheaf

Round the elm-tree bole are in tiny leaf,

诗歌作者介绍：

Robert Browning：罗伯特·勃朗宁（1812-1889），和丁尼生是维多利亚时代的诗人。另有一首童话诗《汉姆琳的花衣吹笛人》，情节有趣，表现了他运用声韵的能力。这个故事源自德国的民间，最有名的版本收在格林兄弟的《德国传说》（Deutsche Sagen）中，名为《哈默尔恩的孩子》(Die Kinder zu Hameln)。
