昔日依依别 - Lord Byron

When we two parted In silence and tears,
昔日依依惜别，默默无言地流着泪，
Half broken-hearted, To sever for years,
要分开好几个年头，我们忍不住心碎，
Pale grew thy cheek and cold, Colder thy kiss;
你的脸冰凉、发白，你的吻更似冷冰；
Truly that hour foretold Sorrow to this.

The dew of the morning Sank chill on my brow— It felt like the warning Of what I feel now.

Thy vows are all broken, And light is thy fame:

I hear thy name spoken, And share in its shame.

Lord Byron:乔治·戈登·拜伦（George Gordon Byron，1788年1月22日－1824年4月19日），是英国19世纪初期伟大的浪漫主义诗人，革命家，独领风骚的浪漫主义文学泰斗，世袭男爵，人称“拜伦勋爵”（Lord Byron）。在他的诗歌里塑造了一批“拜伦式英雄”，其代表作品有《恰尔德·哈罗德游记》、《唐璜》等。
