钢铁侠3，变形金刚……53，生化危机。

Really it's beginning to be kind of like a world pop and that's what I'm looking forward to and that's what I'm focusing on these days.

确实，这开始变成一种世界流行文化，而这就是我期待的，也是我目前关注的。

There's J-pop, there's K-pop, there's C-pop, and there's like this W-pop, that's kind of starting to emerge.

It's world pop, and I love that idea. It's not World Music.

It's not like, there used to be section in HMV called World Music, that was like Ethnomusicology class in college, no, but world pop is more about breaking and tearing down age-old stereotypes, the artificial confines that have kept us apart for way too long.

并不是说过去HMV有一块领域叫世界音乐，那像是大学里的音乐民族课，不是的，世界流行音乐更加地打破老旧的刻板印象，打破那种将我们隔开太久的人工界线。

It's a melting pot, and it's a mosaic that even if we looked up close, we'd still see the colours and the flavours of each culture in detail.

And where can we go to listen to world pop?

我们可以去哪里听世界流行音乐呢？

I don't think there's a world pop station or magazine, unfortunately, there are none, there should be.

But there is the internet, and YouTube has proven to be a driving force for world pop.

但是我们有互联网，Youtube已经被证明是世界流行音乐的有力传播渠道。

Britain's Got Talent made Susan Boyle the hottest act in the world, and she achieved that not through the record labels or the networks, but through grassroots sharing.

Gangnam Style is another great example of how that just took over became huge worldwide world pop phenomenon.

So world pop also suggests a worldwide pop culture, and something that can be shared by all of us and gives us a lot of common ground.

I want to help improve and promote the cultural exchange between the East and West.
