Deserve (应得的) 是一个在英文中很好用的字, 它应用在谈恋爱方面有许多有趣的用法, 很值得大家学起来. 例如「我配不上你」, 英文就是, "I don't deserve you." 但是如果有人失恋了, 你可以安慰他 "You deserve someone better." (你一定可以找到更好的), 或是说' "She doesn't deserve you." (她根本就配不上你)

注意一下这裏如果直接从中文翻, "You can find someone better." 听起就不是那麼好了. 用 deserve 有强调这原本就是属於你的, 是你应得的.
