May we find new ways to accomplish the task. (Para. 22)

Meaning: We hope very much that we can find new ways to solve the problems.

"May" here is used in the sense of "we/I hope very much that", usually with the subject following the verb.

May there never be another world war!

但愿不会再有世界大战！

May you pass the entrance examination.

祝你能通过入学考试。

accomplish: vt. succeed in doing

They tried to plan a peace talk but accomplished nothing.

他们试图安排一次和平谈判，但什么也没做成。

We should do our best to accomplish the goal.
