Here is a cheque of twenty thousand dollars for the deposit.

The stamp duty and the legal cost will be shared equally between both of you.

If Mr.Roberts can not make the payment before the due date,Mr.Tay will forfeit the deposit.
如果罗伯茨先生未能于指定日期签订正式租约，戴先生有权没收临时订金。
On the contrary,if Mr.Tay cannot complete the agreement,
相反，如果戴先生未能完成正式租约，
then Mr.Tay is responsible to pay to Mr.Roberts double the deposit money.
戴先生须支付双倍订金赔偿予罗伯茨先生。
Both the tenant and the landlord agree to pay to ABC Properties Company half of the monthly rental fee as a service charge.
而双方同意支付ABC物业代理公司半个月租金作为佣金。
If by any chance,either of each party fails to complete this agreement,
如任何一方未能完成租约，
then the defaulting party is bound to pay ABC Properties Company one month rental fee as a service fee.
反悔的一方须支付一个月租金给ABC物业代理公司作为佣金。

Fourteen days after signing this Preliminary Sale and Purchase Agreement,

Mr.Chan must pay thirty percent of the transaction price to your lawyer.
买方须付首期订金，即成交价百分之三十予律师楼。
Then,within thirty days,Mr.Chan must pay the remaining balance to Mr.Johnson.
签署正式合约后一个月内，买方将余款交律师楼。
