1. according to：根据，按照，据......说

e.g. According to the best available information, the facts are these.

根据最可靠的消息，事实如下。

2. jump into a conclusion：草率下结论，冒然断定

【指点迷津】in bed是指“躺在床上休息睡觉”，with a cold的意思是“因为感冒”，with是介词，表示“原因”，cold作为“感冒”的意思解释时，是可数名词，但是通常只用做单词，即为：a cold。
