Reception: Good afternoon. May I help you?
接待员：午安。我能为您效劳吗？
Steve: Yes. I made a reservation and I'd like to check in.

Reception: Your name, please?
接待员：请问贵姓大名？
Steve: Steve Johnson.

Reception: Oh, yes. A double room for two nights. Is that correct?
接待员：喔，有。一间双人间，两晚，对吗？
Steve: Yes, it is.
史蒂夫：对。
Reception: Would you please fill out this registration card?

Steve: No problem.

Reception: We have a room commanding a good view of the sea.
