You just slice them on, knot the washers in place, and be creative. You can even slip them onto earrings, that takes seconds and it's pennies again. You can find this in probably the junk drawer of your house.

The Nepalese government is pouring all its resources into combating a possible epidemic, as the death toll continues to rise following last weekend's earthquake.

Official statistics show that nearly 12 million trips occured on the railway on Friday alone, the very first day of the vacation. This is 11.6 percent higher than last year.
