Mr. Yan exerts himself to get the hang of basic skills as to how to give lessons on YY channels.
【Martin's Note】
"Get the hang of" means "to succeed in learning how to do something after practicing". For example, we can say like this, "After three weeks of using this computer, I think I've finally got the hang of it." So today we will focus on some identical phrases to describe a situation where we can finally crack a hard nut(解决难题;搞定;攻克难关) with the due efforts. Say, "to know/learn the ropes", "to know the secret" or "to know all the ins and outs of something", all of which means "to know the secret; to master this technique, to get to the point or know the whole story". It is highly hoped that you can have a good command or mastery of them and try to put them into your daily expressions.
“get the hang of”意思是“经过一番练习,学会了如何做事情,也就是学到要领或学会窍门”A5Q0_EP;=U%N。 比如,“know/learn the ropes”、 “to know the secret” 或者 “to know all the ins and outs of something“,所有这些短语均表示“全面了解某事的来龙去脉、掌握技巧、学到点子上了或完全开窍了“QO%;Sv0YSB。
