场景：小红看到什么小胖虐待狗狗的视频简直气炸了，这人怎么是如此heartless(狠心的)人！

Xiaohong: Hey, Xiaohua. Have you seen the video of a heartless person abusing a dog by pricking it？ I think the dog has been cruelly treated.

小红：嘿,小华。你看过一个狠心人用针扎狗的方式虐待狗的视频吗?我认为这只狗被残忍地虐待了。

Xiaohua: Well, this is not the first time! They are heartless persons! Last month, I heard that a man abused a dog, broke off the animal's limbs, tried to strangle it.

小华:嗯，这不是第一次了!他们都是狠心的人!上个月，我听说一个人虐待狗狗，打断它的四肢，试图勒死它。

Xiaohong: What?! I just can't believe what I have heard. It's illegal!

小红：什么！我简直不敢相信所闻。这是违法的。

Xiaohua: But there's no such a law yet!

小华：但是并没有这个(保护)法。

Xiaohong: Why?!

小红：为什么！

Xiaohua: I don't know why.

小华：不知道耶。

Xiaohong: There should be a law to protect animals.

小红：应该有法律来保护动物啊。
