Lorenzana says when she complaint to HR,her manager's retaliated it. According to her lawsuit,Citibank gave her targets she could not meet because she was not trained. Citibank cited her work performance as a reason for termination.

China's growth rate was better than expected. But insiders say, the road ahead is still bumpy, given uncertainties at home and abroad are not likely to be ironed out in the short term. China's total trade volume dropped 6.9 percent from a year ago in the same period. And domestically, analysts say, the property market should see increases to boost growth.
The tough problem of over capacity should also see a break through, but it's not as easy.
Analysts also say, there are questions over whether the monetary and fiscal policies would be more aggressive, and whether there would be enough room for ‘reform dividends’.

The European Commission supports a controversial proposal to use an EU-wide crisis fund to meet Greece's short-term capital needs.
The seven billion euro proposal is waiting on a vote by the European parliament. The fund would provide Athens short-term liquidity before the new bailout program kicks in. Greece needs cash urgently so it can repay the ECB 4.2 billion euros on Monday.
Britain argues that the fund should come from only Eurozone countries, and not from the EU. Prime Minister David Cameron believes a solution could be found without using tax payers' money from the UK.
The EU's executive arm prepared the proposal and submitted it to the European Council. One official says the move was in case they do not find another solution for financing Greece until Mid-August.
