Pro-Russian rebels say the vote will legitimise its leadership and take their war-torn region closer to Russia. But Western powers say they won't recognise it. Kiev's pro-European government insists the election violates the ceasefire protocol between the rebels and Ukrainian troops. Zakharchenko says the vote will go ahead.

Kiev says the agreement, signed by both sides in September, states that the Ukrainian government will appoint local officials to the region. Sunday's election is likely to worsen tensions in a conflict that's killed nearly 4,000 people in fighting since April.

A brief truce in a fragile ceasefire -- Ukrainian forces and pro-Russian separatists agree to swap 25 fighters from each side. The exchange in Donetsk in eastern Ukraine is one of several since fighting officially stopped in September. It's unclear how many prisoners are being held by either side.

The Sunday evening blast came just after a daily ceremony when troops from both sides simultaneously lower the two nations' flags. Hundreds visit the Wagah border crossing each day for the ceremony. There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the suspected attack.

Pick a topic, film yourself talking about it, and then upload the video onto Youtube." For Alfie, the topic is pointless. Here he is smearing nutella on his face for example. Despite their banality, his videos have been watched nearly 150 million times. He's also just written a book. Again called Pointless - it went to the top of Amazon's best-sellers list. Ian Maude is a digital media analyst. He says the popularity is largely down to the platform. SOUNDBITE (English) IAN MAUDE, DIGITAL MEDIA ANALYST, ENDERS ANALYSIS, SAYING: "On Youtube you can have a relationship with these people. They have fan bases and they post messages onto their Youtube channels and they reply. Zoella, Alfie, and all these others. they actually reply to their fans they actually engage with them. I think that's something very new." It's also very lucrative. Take Felix Kjellberg for example, aka PewDiePie. He's thought to be earning up to 10 million pounds a year through adverts and endorsements. The vbloggers though are careful not to brag. Retaining the next-door neighbour look is key. SOUNDBITE (English) ALFIE DEYES, POINTLESSBLOG, SAYING: "People will often just be like: 'How much money do you make?' And I'm like 'Guys...'. Number one, you just wouldn't ask somebody how much money they make; number 2, that's not important; and number three, it's got nothing to do with them at all how much money I make. And it's not like a make a crazy amount, it's just enough to like pay the bills." No doubt it is, if your bills are in the 6 figures. They may not look like it, but these are the media moguls of tomorrow.

There are some footage for you of the moment when an unmanned NASA rocket bound for the International Space Station, exploded upon launch on Tuesday evening. These are amateur videos gathered by the Associated Press.
The rocket blew up over the Virginia launch complex at Wallops Island, just six seconds after lift-off, casting debris all around. You can see the flames shooting into the sky as the sun sets.
It was the first catastrophic launch in NASA’s commercial space flight effort. But luckily no injuries were reported. The Cygnus cargo ship being launched was loaded with over 2-thousand kilograms of supplies and equipment for the crew onboard the space station.
