On the ground,and in the air, officials simulate evacuations Saturday for both an unattended bag and an injured player extraction. A helicopter highway landing halts traffic as FIFA officials, firefighters, volunteers and other security forces gather outside the stadium. Officials are stressing the complexity of the operation.

Wisconsin is the latest in a number of states to overturn gay marriage bans. But it's not without controversy. State Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen issued a statement saying he planned to appeal the ruling and defend traditional marriage.

"Today both sides presented their arguments, and it’s up to the judge to make the decision." Lawyer Tim Leahy said.
Tim Leahy is the Toronto lawyer representing Chinese clients who applied for the Federal Immigration Investor Program or FIIP. Under the plan -
Canada announced the cancellation of the FIIP in the Canadian federal budget on February the 11th earlier this year. About 20 thousand applications will be terminated if the budget is passed on June the 26th.
"Canada blame applicants for not contribute enough to the country’s economy...they don’t have properties or they don’t have business in Canada. But actually there’s no such regulation for in Canadian law." Guan Guorong, CEO of Canada Immigration & Education Agency, said.
On his part, Tim Leahy is seeking 5 million Canadian dollars, or 29 million yuan in compensation for each applicant and their dependents unless the government agrees to reassess their cases. The government also faces an 18 billion Canadian dollar payout in lawsuit fees if it loses.

Close to 9.4 million high school seniors are taking China's annual national college exam this year, 3% up from last year.
Security has been increased around the country, with armed police manning school entrances and major streets.
In the capital Beijing where more than 70,000 students are taking the exams, Saturday saw clear, sunny weather after showers cleared the skies the day before. And the PM 2.5 level dropped to a single digit.
According to the central meteorological center, the heavy rains that have been pounding southern China are likely to continue but at a weaker force. Students in these regions are cautioned to take care.
