Xiaohua：Xiaohong, have you noticed the online wealth-flaunting incident recently?

小华：小红，你最近有注意到网络炫富的事件吗？

Xiaohong：Yes. Zhoujie from Nanchang in Jiangxi province attracted national attention when a series of screenshots of his WeChat Moments showing off his claimed wealth and power were widely circulated.

小红：有啊。来自江西南昌的周劼在微信朋友圈炫富炫权的一系列截图被广泛转发，引起了全国的关注。

Xiaohua：I don't understand why he did this, showing off his great wealth and connections with senior government officials on social media. Did he use this way to combat corruption?

小华：我不明白他为什么要这样做，在社交媒体上炫耀他的巨额财富和与政府高官的关系。他用这种方式来反腐败吗?

Xiaohong：Well, actually what he did prompted public speculation about corruption. I think he didn't mean to "kill himself" in this way.

小红：这....实际上，他的所作所为引发了公众对腐败的猜测。我想他并不是故意用这种方式“自杀”的。

Xiaohua：That's reasonable.

小华：有道理。

Xiaohong：See, do you really believe what he posted in his WeChat Moments?

小红：嗯，你相信他在朋友圈发的东西吗？

Xiaohua：It's hard to say. But bragging about socializing with high-level officials is eye-catching. He claimed he was once given a cigarette by a deputy provincial governor worth 1200 Yuan a carton.

小华：难说。但他炫耀自己与高层官员的交往，却很引人注目。他说，有一次，一位副省长给了他一根烟，这烟一条要1200元。

Xiaohong：And the tea he drank cost 400,000 yuan per kilogram. But I drink free tea.

小红：他喝的茶每公斤40万元。但是，我都喝免费茶。

Xiaohua: Come on! You're not a tea person. Maybe he just used tea to socialize, so it's not a matter of drinking tea.

小华：你得了吧。你不是喝茶的主。也许他以茶社交，并不是喝茶。

Xiaohong：“Keep it simple.”

小红：“朴素一点”。
