近日，印度商务部的通知称，由于小麦价格的突然飙升威胁到了印度的食品安全，印度立即禁止了小麦出口。

The Commerce Ministrynotice（of India） said that wheat exports were immediately banned because a sudden spike in the crop’s price had threatened India’s food security.

这项出口禁令可能是对正在努力应对日益严重的饥饿威胁的国际组织来说是进一步打击。

The export ban could be a further blow to international organizations working to counter the increasing threat of wide spread hunger.

农业专家表示，持续的热浪和不断上升的气温可能会影响今年的收成。印度拥有世界粮食储备的10%。

Agricultural experts said that an ongoing heat wave and rising temperatures could affect the harvest this year. India has about 10 percent of the world’s grain reserves.
