Philip Stone passed away just the day before the class started. Very stressful period. And I got sick. And I got very sick.

在课程开始前一天去世的Philip Stone 那时候我压力非常大 我生病了 病得非常严重

Somehow I got through the class. I taught the Thursday class. That started 2 years ago. It started on Tuesday. So I taught on Tuesday.

然而我还是上完了课 我教授周四的课程 它从两年前开始 课程在周二上

Somehow Thursday, completely drugged. This lecture I made it through somehow. And I went to home and I couldn't fall asleep.

后来改为周四 我服了很多药 然而我还是上完了课 我回家后无法入睡

I was in real pain. I went to the doctors. That was on Friday afternoon, just saying "you know I have to go. The medication I took didn't help. "

我感到非常痛 所以我去看医生了 那是周五下午 我说 "我必须要看医生 我服的药不起作用"

Went to the doctors. Had some blood tests. And finally after days I couldn't sleep because of pain, fell asleep.

我去看了医生 验了血 几天无法入睡之后 由于痛苦我终于睡着了

This was Friday night. In the midnight, there was a phone call. I don't hear it. I am fast asleep.

那是周五晚上 午夜的时候电话响了 我没有去接 我很快睡着了

My wife picks it up. Tommy picks it up. It's the doctor. And the doctor says to Tommy.

我的妻子Tommy拿起了话筒 那是医生打来的 医生对Tommy说

"the test results just came in. And Tal should get to the hospital now. " She said to the doctor.

结果出来了 Tal要立刻到医院来 她对医生说

"He just fell asleep. He hasn't slept for days. Can it wait till tomorrow morning?" And the doctor said, "No. And he has to go to Beth Israel.

他刚睡着 他几天没睡了 能不能等到明天再去? 医生说 不行 他要到Beth Israel医院
