丽奈特意识到与汤姆已经10天没有性事了，非常担忧。为了增进情趣她想了不少办法都没能奏效。丽奈特相信他们的婚姻出了问题，因为她很少化妆也没有性感的衣服，比不上安娜贝尔。汤姆终于用实际行动消除了她的疑虑。

苏珊的母亲要结婚了，离开前她告诉迈克苏珊仍然很爱他。

布丽和乔治一起吃饭时遇到了伊蒂，从眼神中布丽意识到她的看法，向她解释他们只是可以交心的朋友。伊蒂反问，你会和雷克斯交心吗？为了与丈夫拉近距离，布丽提醒丈夫他们曾经的意大利之行，他却只记得炎热的天气和花了多少钱。

苏珊雇的侦探与保罗串通一气，把伪造的信息传给她听。苏珊信以为真，觉得误会了保罗。她还要侦探调查迈克，并得知原来他杀过警察。苏珊亲自去核实，终于得知迈克是出于自卫，泪水涟涟的她投进了迈克的怀抱。

保罗决定离开本城，为了不让扎克知道，保罗用药迷晕了他。菲丽西亚看见保罗离开后发现人事不省的扎克，她留下字条让保罗去她家找扎克。保罗出现后她宣称，自己知道保罗杀了玛莎，因为她知道他和玛丽-爱丽丝绑架了幼年时的扎克。保罗问她想干什么，菲丽西亚说她要他离开这里，把扎克留给她，保罗同意了。
