和丽奈特起过争执的邻居麦克克拉斯基太太服药晕倒，丽奈特极不情愿地拨打了急救电话，这让她们的关系得到改善。为了感谢丽奈特救了自己的命，老太太送了一只台灯作礼物，并经常过来找她聊天，丽奈特把灯退了回去。次日丽奈特为老太太签收了一个包裹，发现她连药瓶盖都打不开。两人倾心交流后终于化解所有不快成为朋友。苏珊的母亲经常带回陌生人，让她的生活变得一团糟。对于母亲脚踏两船的举动，她大为不满。

安德鲁的同性恋倾向让布丽十分不安，她找来牧师想改变儿子，引起了安德鲁的逆反心理。雷克斯劝说如果安德鲁喜欢做同性恋，他们只能支持他。布丽回敬道，父亲喜欢玩SM，难怪儿子会不学好。安德鲁终于与牧师见面，他告诉牧师他想报复母亲的计划，先假装做个好儿子，然后做出一件事足以摧毁她。加布丽尔与卡洛斯还在为婚后协议和他强迫她签字的野蛮行径争吵不停，他不撕毁协议她就不让他睡觉，卡洛斯一怒之下撤销了她的信用卡。加布丽尔接受了约翰的学生信用卡，但因为他的父母是连署人，信用卡很快被撤销。在餐馆她无法付帐，十分难堪，手段高明的她很快搭上一位英俊的陌生人，为她解决了难题。卡洛斯最终让步，销毁了协议。
