伊朗向IAEA递交环境样本
An Iranian official says Iran has given environment samples from the country's suspect Parchin military site to UN nuclear monitors.
The samples were taken from the site by Iranian scientists with no IAEA inspectors on hand. IAEA head Yukiya Amano was among the inspectors who visited Tehran last week and was given access to the Parchin site.
The inspection was regarded as an effort to resolve ambiguities with Iran about past possible military dimensions of its nuclear program.
Iran has said that accusations from Western intelligence agencies that it carried out explosives tests at Parchin are groundless and based on malicious information provided by its enemies.
