《撒娇女人最好命》改编自罗曼夫的情感书籍《会撒娇的女人最好命》，是由彭浩翔执导，黄晓明和周迅领衔主演的一部爱情喜剧片。影片讲述了周迅饰演的撒娇绝缘体“苦追”黄晓明的故事，因为碰上了深谙撒娇之道的情敌隋棠，周迅决定苦练撒娇技术。
