Wang Sicong, the son of real estate tycoon Wang Jianlin, was taken to a Shanghai police station on Thursday for not cooperating with police who found a bow and arrow in his car, reported Xinhua citing Wang's post on social media website Sina Weibo.
据新华社援引王思聪发表的新浪微博文章报道，周四，上海警方在房地产大亨王健林的儿子王思聪的车上发现了弓箭，王思聪因不配合警方调查被带入派出所进行调查。

bow and arrow是弓箭；real estate tycoon房地产大亨；not cooperate with police是不配合警方调查。
周四凌晨，上海警方在执行安全检查（carry out security check）时截停了（stopped by police，被警方截停）王思聪的车，警察在车辆后备箱（trunk）中发现了弓箭，遂对王思聪及（along with）车上另外的一男一女进行询问（question），王思聪因不配合（fail to cooperate）警方现场调查，被依法带至派出所（was taken to the police station）核查。
到所后，王思聪为他的行为道歉（apologize for his behavior）并主动说明了弓箭的来源及用途（the origin and usage of the bow and arrow），警方在排除其违法嫌疑后将其教育放行（release），未提起指控（no charges filed against him）。
