-课程内容

刘畊宏，Will Liu,中国台湾歌手、创作人和周杰伦的49岁教练。

Will是“William”的简写。will，还可以理解为“意志、毅力”。

如果我们要解释他的名字，我们可以这么说：Liu Geng Hong, aka Will Liu, Taiwanese singer and composer, Jay Chou's 49-year-old trainer。歌手singer, 创作人composer，教练trainer/coach.

aka是缩写，全称是also known as，“又叫做”。我们给他的名字后面加一个同位语，表示解释和说明。

原因之一：居家锻炼

1）at-home workouts

2）home workout routines.

routine：a series of movements, jokes, etc. that are part of a performance （演出中的）一套动作，一系列笑话（等）

“毽子操”，aerobics workout, Shuttlecock Kickin

踢毽子：Ti Jian Zi, Kick the shuttlecock，or 名词n.：Shuttlecock Kicking。“操”，对应英文中的“有氧运动”，aerobics。

“抖音直播”，livestream on Douyin/Tiktok

“火爆全网”，go viral,或have taken the Internet by storm

我们来整合一下这个句子：

49岁的刘畊宏，也叫Will Liu，他是周杰伦的私人教练，台湾歌手和创作人，因最近在抖音直播居家健身操，从而在互联网上迅速蹿红。

我们细致分析直播火爆的原因应该是综合因素，比如：周杰伦的歌，他身上的标签，年龄和体态，毽子操，更重要也许还有他身后的妻子，网友也许是喜欢看到他太太锻炼气喘吁吁的样子。

原因之二：周杰伦的《本草纲目》

视频火爆的最重要原因之一是他编排了跳操曲目，他把周杰伦的歌曲《本草纲目》作为背景音乐。

另外一个原因是她太太在直播中气喘吁吁的样子特别有代入感。我每次听到这首歌，都想拍打自己的腿。

原因之四：“流量密码”：穿羽绒服跳操

最逗的是，他们为了让视频通过审核，还穿羽绒服跳操。
