Woman 2: Good morning. This is Janet Shibuya here, from the Conference Reservation Service. Can I speak to Rachel?
Woman 1: I'm afraid she's out of the office. Would you like to leave a message?
Woman 2: Sure. I just wanted to update her on the booking for your Management Seminar on the 24th of April.
Woman 1: Oh yes. At the Russell Hotel.
Woman 2: Well, no, that's what I'm phoning about. I wasn't able to get the Russell Hotel, they were fully booked.
But I've got you in at the Tower Hotel. That's in the centre of London too, the location's very convenient.
Woman 1: And what about the price?
Woman 2: Well, the basic price is the same. The good thing is that now you have the choice of a buffet lunch or a full restaurant meal.
The buffet lunch is cheaper, so would you like to go for that?
Woman 1: I'll ask Mrs Bould about that and let you know.
Woman 2: Right. Then the other thing is, could you send me a list of the equipment you'll be needing - OHP, video ... that sort of thing.
Woman 1: Can we get back to you on that one by Friday?
Woman 2: That'll be fine.
